This 2 hour class will provide an exciting overview of the proposed residential and commercial changes to the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) that may become a part of the 2009 IECC.  The changes, that represent a significant increase in minimum energy efficiency levels in both the residential and commercial sectors, will become final if approved at the International Code Council’s Annual meeting in September 2008.

You will hear how the changes may impact construction practices, and see the highlights of analysis on the potential decreases in residential energy consumption.  This interactive class will include time for questions and answers.
